The American Perfumer podcast

Charna Ethier is a Canadian-born American perfumer working with only natural materials. She is incredibly talented and an excellent teacher. This podcast rambles from childhood to her career in perfumery. It’s a casual listen but full of amazing, eye opening information about the fragrance industry.

On the Nose podcast

Host Dana El Masri created some of my personal favorites in fragrance and has a wonderful way of speaking about the art, science and mysteries of perfume design - especially important Dana throws open the door to a vast conversation that doesn’t hinge on euro-centric, western ethos.

If you’re curious and want to learn more - - the Institute of Art and Olfaction is a great resource with many online classes and workshops the perfumers, scholars, writers and artists centered on fragrance.
