Winter Wellness - Hydrotherapy

Did you miss the workshop at POST? Here’s an outline - and a *pdf with recipes - I hope it helps with your winter survival skills - and maybe some gifting…

Drawing inspiration from the concept of Shinrin-yoku, we explored the fragrances associated with woods (green leaves, resins, syrup, woods) and the forest (sharp pines, oak moss, damp and tree sap).

Use your imagination to bring the outdoors into the bath - or create a scent-scape that transports you to your happy place.

Shinrin-yoku is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing." It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine || www.shinrin-yoku.org
